Health is my number one priority putting cosmetics second! But, as you know being healthy and having a fit body goes hand in hand with looking great. I have plenty of tips to help fight cravings, keep a fresh workout routine, and stratigies for burning calories. Staying at a healthy weight is a tremendous feat in today's society. Poor images and cheap fatty foods have been luring and torturing too many women and men. To stop the addiction, you have to create a new habit- a new "addiction" to all things healthy! So, please feel free to take any of my recommendations or tips. If you have any health conditions or diseases please stick to your doctors word over mine. I am not an expert and I don't want to cause injury. I just want to spread the word on how I stay slim and healthy and prehaps help others kick their stressful habits! Stop focusing on being perfect, get your sweats and lets workout!
