Workout One-on-One Training with Jackie

I finished the ab and lower body section yesterday, which was a total of 40 minutes. The DVD is great and it reaches my standards. I like a workout DVD that pushes me to the point of either drowning in my sweat or waking up without the ability to walk! Ok, so I am still walking but, my abdominals are sore and I know they got a workout. The only con in this program is that the crew goes fast and it feels unstructured. I like to know how many reps or sets I am doing and I believe slower movement works your muscles harder. In this workout there is no counting; you do each move for either a full 60s or 30s regardless of how many repetitions you meet and you keep a fast pace. Overall, I will be doing this DVD again and I recommend it for toning. It incorporates cardio section and expect to do squats! Not bad Jackie, 4 out of 5 stars!!
